Daxium-Air forms can have several options that are accessible directly in the form builder. To display the options, you can click on the "Parameters" button on the top navigation bar. The parameters are arranged by section:
- General information
- Form name: Defines the name of your form
- Icon: The icon is visible when selecting a form both on the web and mobile
- This option is not mandatory and purely aesthetic.
- A 25x25 px icon is highly recommended, however, you can import a .png, and Daxium-Air will resize your image automatically
- Color: The color choice is only used in very advanced features
- Description: Describes the use of this form. You can also use this to make comments about how you configured your form and why in case you are collaborating with people on the form.
- Tags: Tags or keywords help you find forms more easily when searching for them.
- Data representation
- Custom title: Simplified representation of the submissions. You can use variables coming from a submission in it, by clicking on the "Edit" button.
- Default location: Allows to choose the native position of the submissions when created. It is this position that will be used when you are using Daxium-Air's "map view"
- Native position: X&Y coordinates are taken from the device's GPS at the moment where the submission is created/updated
- Other fields: You can use any location field of your form to define the default location of your submission.
- Default image: permet de définir quelle image servira pour représenter la fiche dans la représentation ainsi que dans la vue mosaïque.
- Functional status: If you have a list with colors, you can select the related field list. Each submission will then be colored based on the value of this list field.
- Task configuration
- Enable this form for tasks: Defines the form as a task object. New settings are then available:
- NFC: This allows you require scanning an NFC tag to log the actual start & end date of a task
- Start date: Defines which date&time field defines the start of the task.
- End date: Defines which date&time field defines the end of the task.
- Late delay: Defines the timeframe after which the task is considered late.
- Available fields for creation: This allows you to make certain fields mandatory at the task creation step.
- Enable this form for tasks: Defines the form as a task object. New settings are then available:
- Paramètres avancés
- Form first level Allows to display or hide a form for submission creation on mobile. This form is still usable if it is part of a relation of a first-level form.
- Restrict access to the form: Restrict the access to the form to all users. In order to allow users to use it, you must create a user group, and set authorizations for this group to use the form.
- Allow to go to the next page without validating data: If your form has multiple tabs, the users can navigate the different pages without having to enter all mandatory elements inside each page. Upon sending the submission, they will still need to have all mandatory elements of the form filled.
