Broadcasting is a way to share to different user groups submissions which are subjected to one or many conditions.
- Name of the broadcasting rule.
- If you tick this box, the rule will also apply on the web platform.
- List of every condition per form. Here we have two forms, let's consider the one for "Products" which has 4 conditions :
- The picture shows the conditions list applied to the "Product" form. Here, all concern only one of its field called"Currency". Picture below shows the conditions details from the form view.

- Displays all the User Groups available on your back office.
- Beauty Advisors (BA) for each different country and Market Visitors (field supervisors)
Once the rule is created, it is automatically replicated on mobiles, and web if step 2. has been followed
From then, in the table view of the "Submission broadcast" page, a column will display the number of submissions subjected to this rule.
CAUTION :
- Submission broadcast is not compatible with tasks assignation, hence with workflows neither.
- It is not possible to use a condition on the "Current user" field to broadcast a submission. For this, the person's info needs to be entered in a dedicated "User" field on the form, and they have to belong to a user group.
- It is mandatory to have at least one user group for a broadcast.
